Returning Student Forms

Watch this brief tutorial video explaining this new process, and how to create a PowerSchool account if you have not done so already.
 
This year we are moving our returning student forms online, to help expedite the process of starting school. Every student needs to have these forms completed (R2-Student Contacts may be completed once for the entire family) before the start of school. They can be completed on the PowerSchool app as well (District Code: WHXC). If nothing has changed since last year, the process will take about 5 minutes. If your address has changed, you will need to resubmit 2 proofs of residency either on the form itself or via the office. If you have not created a PowerSchool account, or you don't have all your students linked to your PowerSchool account, please notify the front office for the AccessID and Password .
