New Student Enrollment

     We're proud to announce a revamp of our enrollment system, making the entire process easier for parents, students, and staff. All the necessary forms can be completed online from the comfort of your home, or in the school's office if you do not have access to a computer with internet. Above you will find a tutorial video on how to create/add a PowerSchool account and get started completing the necessary forms for Enrollment.

     If you're new to the district, follow the tutorial video above. If you already have a child in the district you should use your existing ParentPortal login to access PowerSchool, though you will still need to complete the Pre-Registration form above to begin the enrollment process for your new student.

     You will need to complete 11 forms to get your child enrolled. The entire process should take less than an hour. Before finishing, you will need to upload a few documents to the system: a birth certificate, 2 proofs of residency, a vaccination record or statement of exemption, and any court order documents related to the student. You may scan these in or simply take a good-quality picture of the documents and upload them into the system. The vaccine record can also be faxed directly from your family's doctor to the school. 

     You may save your progress at any time by clicking the green Save for Later button at the bottom of each form. You must click Submit when you are done with each form, not just save. Upon submission of each form, a green check mark will appear in the Forms Listing page. Incomplete forms will have a yellow dashed circle next to them. Once you have all green checkmarks on all 11 forms, A through K, you are done! It may still take a day or two for our office staff to get everything prepared for your child's first day, so please be patient!
